- Developers are responsible for delivering high-quality products as agreed with customers.
- Any misuse of the platform, such as fraud or intellectual property violations, is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments and Fees
- Payment for services must be completed before the development process begins.
- Developers will receive payments on the 1st of each month after customer transactions are processed.
- GenzEdu charges a 15% administrative fee deducted before payments are forwarded to developers.
- No additional fees are charged to customers.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- All digital products created through GenzEdu remain the property of the developer unless otherwise stated in an agreement.
- Customers receive usage rights for purchased products as agreed upon.
5. Dispute Resolution
- If a dispute arises between a customer and a developer, both parties are encouraged to resolve it amicably.
- GenzEdu may act as a mediator but is not responsible for the final decision.
6. Service Changes and Termination
- GenzEdu reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Violations of these terms may result in account suspension or removal.
